Dryden residents are being encouraged to get rid of their dangerous
material for free.
Operations Manager Blake Poole says household Hazardous Waste Day is
Saturday at the Public Works yard from 8:30 to 4 o’clock.
Poole says items they will accept include batteries, pesticides,
anti-freeze and old paints.
Poole stresses the City won’t accept PCB’s or radio-active type waste.
