KDSB Pleased With Uploading Announcement

Premier McGuinty has pledged his party will upload over $900-million
in Social Service costs, if the Liberals are re-elected in October.
Kenora District Services Board Chair Rory McMillan says the
announcement is a breath of fresh air to cash-strapped municipalities.
Starting on January first, the Liberals plan to upload the costs of
social assistance, drug benefits and the Ontario disability support program.
