Kenora MP Greg Rickford says the federal government continues to work with First Nations on the issue of policing.
There have been discussions of major changes and rollbacks within the Treaty 3 Police Service.
Rickford says the province has to jump on board and help all parties find a solution.
Rickford stresses their top priority is more stable funding for more than just one or two years.
In regards to the Treaty Three Police issue, Rickford says there will be further discussions on where their deficits have resulted from.
