Kenora MP Bob Nault says they need cooperation on both sides of the border to clean-up the Rainy-Lake of the Woods watershed.
Nault says it’s important to not duplicate work that is already being done by the U.S. and Minnesota governments.
Canada is spending $5.5-million on a clean-up plan.
Nault adds its key that all lake users are kept up to date on the progress being made with regular reporting and consultations.
