Kevin Kahoot Seeking Re-Election

It’s a two horse race right now for Mayor of Ear Falls.
Kevin Kahoot is seeking a second term as Mayor and he’s going up against former Mayor Ron Bergman.
Kahoot says he still has a lot he wants to accomplish.
He says his priorities moving forward include securing affordable housing and continuing to balance the books.
He notes they have a lot to celebrate over the past 4-years including the opening of the Municipal building as well as reducing costs.
Kahoot says they also managed to settle their debt with Domtar without seriously impacting taxpayers.
Another highlight for Kahoot is securing funding to keep the Rec. Centre open and bringing Junior ‘A’ hockey to the community.
