A July fishing trip on Lake of the Woods has netted a Winnipeg man a hefty fine.
Conservation officers stopped a boat on Echo Bay and found a family of four with 21-walleye in their possession.
The group was only allowed to have 16-walleye.
Steven Fengler has been ordered to pay $1,200 as a result.
