Large Internet Users Could Face Higher Fees

Dryden Telephone is monitoring users of its high speed internet service.
There are about 500 DSL customers in the city and some large users, referred to as hogs, are downloading huge volumes of music and taking up much of the system bandwidth.
Councillor Brian Collins, who represents Dryden Telephone on city council, says large companies such as Bell and Rogers already charge customers more if they are high internet users.
Collins adds the same thing may soon happen to Dryden Telephone customers as well.
DSL service is currently 37.95 per month.
