LCBO Workers Announce Strike Date

Liquor Control Board employees in Ontario are set to strike in the early morning hours of June 26th.

If they do 8,000 workers will walk the picket lines.

The Ontario Public Service Employees Union says they’ve been without a contract since March 31st.

OPSEU had stated that the two sides are far apart.

It’s not known if new talks are planned between the union and the LCBO.
