Legal Aid Merger Complete

The CEO of Legal Aid Ontario says the need for legal aid in Northwestern Ontario is significant.
Bob Ward was in Fort Frances for the grand re-opening of Northwest Community Legal Clinic which amalgamated legal clinics in the Kenora and Rainy River district.
Ward says demand for services makes the merger a wise decision.
Ward adds clinics elsewhere in the province are considering similar mergers and have talked with local officials about how to make that happen.
