The Royal Canadian Legion says it’s working with the City of Dryden to upgrade the Cenotaph.
President Doug Miranda says they are securing funding for the make-over, stressing the monument is outdated.
Miranda says the parging is either broken, missing or cracked.
Miranda adds the plaque will be changed to include recognition for those who went to war in Afghanistan.
