The Ontario Forest Industry Association is just one of
three groups jointly suing the US Bureau of Customs and
Border Protection over the return of soft wood lumber
duties.
OFIA President Jamie Lim says the lawsuits are meant to
make a bold statement to the states.

The United States Court of International Trade law suit
was filed on Friday by the OFIA, Ontario Lumber Jack
Manufacturers, and the Free Trade Lumber Council.
The states have just under sixty days to respond to the
suit.
