Losing weight is one of the most common resolutions that are both made and broken early in the New Year.
Gloria Tsang, a dietician with HealthCastle.com, says it still possible to lose weight without stress.
She says people can enjoy food as much as they like, just watch out for portion sizes.
Another recommendation is avoiding fat-free products, may contain artificial fillers that lead people to eating more than they should.
