Lottery Winner

A 24-year-old Kenora woman has won 250-thousand dollars in the Encore jackpot from the Wednesday night draw.
Carrie Skead, who works for the Medical Services-Kenora Branch, says she is still in shock.
Skead, who is married with one son, says she plans to pay some bills, do some home renovations and invest some of her winnings.
She picked up her prize in Toronto yesterday.
