Major Storm Slams Dryden Area

More reports of power outages in the wake of an early morning storm that slammed the Dryden area.
Hydro One is now reporting 8-power outages impacting nearly 1,500 customers.
Time of restoration is now 11:30.
The area was hit with lightning touching down, heavy rain and severe wind and CKDR has received several reports of trees snapped in half and tossed around property and roads.
There have been reports of twisters but Environment Canada hasn’t confirmed any of the reports as of yet.
The City sirens did go off but it was a false alarm.
