Minaki Lodge Sale

Minaki Lodge should be ready for sale next month.
The Receiver says the property’s land value, buildings and equipment is pegged at about $2.2 million.
However, the amount owed to Creditors is over $7 million and once the property is sold, all the proceeds will be handed to the Court.
No word on if the 23 acre property will be split up or sold in one piece.
