Thanks to some late game heroics the English River Miners are one win away from their first ever SIJHL Final series.
Dante Raposo scored with a 1:09 left in regulation and Michael Di Lullo ended the game with a 1:32 remaining in overtime as the Miners stunned the visiting Thunder Bay North Stars 5-4 Thursday night.
Di Lullo scored two in the game, while Jamie Driedger and Braedan Pearce also found the back of the net.
Michael Lenko stopped 40-shots for the win.
English River now holds a 3-1 Semi-Final lead, with Game 5 Saturday in Thunder Bay.
