The English River Miners will trade in their hockey sticks for dabbers Wednesday night.
The SIJHL team is holding a fundraising Monster Bingo night at the Red Lake Legion starting at 7 o’clock.
Warren Badiuk says they are teaming up with the Lions Club to host the event.
Badiuk says the Lions Club has been behind the Junior Hockey team since day one and stresses that they are appreciative of their support.
Recently, the Miners recognized the Lions with a tribute game, wearing special jerseys.
Badiuk notes without outside partnerships, it would be very tough to fundraiser and set up events.
At the Monster Bingo, there will be a $2,500 Jackpot game.
