Mischief At Motel

OPP arrested a Pikangikum man early yesterday morning after an incident at a Red Lake motel.
Police received a call that two brothers were fighting in a motel room.
When officers arrived they were told the men had been drinking, had broken a lamp during their fight and fled in their truck.
Pikangikum Police stopped the truck on the Nungesser Road at 5-am.
A third man, who had not been drinking, was driving.
A 28-year-old Pikangikum man was taken back to Red Lake where he was ordered to pay for damages at the motel.
He was released and will appear in court on various charges at a later date.
