The day is finally here for northerners to have their say in the inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
Community Hearings are being held for three days in Thunder Bay starting on Monday.
Commissioners Michèle Audette and Brian Eyolfson are going to listen to 50 family members and survivors through public and private hearings.
Officials say they will also have statement gatherers on hand so they can listen to another 40 walk-in’s who may want to share their stories.
