The Judge hearing Bruce Montague’s Constitutional Challenge of Canada’s Firearms Act, is expected to make a decision today as to who will be allowed to testify.
Last week was spent hearing submissions from both the crown and the defense about whether witnesses scheduled to testify were “experts” or not.
More testimony is taking place this morning in Kenora Superior Court.
Once the judge decides on who can testify, the hearing can begin.
Four days have been set aside for the actual court case.
