The Judge in the Bruce Montague trial spent most of
Tuesday afternoon revising his final charge to the jury.
The Defense and Crown pointed out areas they felt the
Jury shouldn’t take into account when making their
decision.
Justice John Wright will give his charge to the jury
today (Wednesday at 9:30) before they begin their
deliberations.
The Montagues face 47 firearms charges, and the trial
has been on for almost a month.
