Former Dryden Gunsmith Bruce Montague is being arraigned on a long list of charges under the Federal Firearms Act.
The trial began this morning, with some last minute legal arguments.
So far Montague has pled not guilty to charges ranging from
Possession of Firearms dangerous to the public peace, defacing the serial number of a firearm, possessing a silencer for a firearm without a licence, possessing dynamite and altering a firearm so it can fire ammunition rapidly.
Donna Montague, Bruce’s Montague’s wife was also arraigned
on three charges including possession of a firearm without a licence and unlawfully storing a firearm.
Jury selection is expected to begin later this afternoon.
