More Dead Crows with West Nile

A dead crow has tested positive for the West Nile virus in Sioux
Lookout.
The bird surveillance program has been suspended in most communities
in Northwestern Ontario.
A total of 15 west nile positive birds have now been collected in the
Kenora and Rainy River Districts this Summer.
Health officials say if you come across a dead crow, you should
handle it with rubber gloves, wrap it in 2 sealed bags and dispose it in a
manner that it won’t be in contact with other people.
