More Demand For Northern Farmland

Farmland is increasing in value in Ontario.
A report from Farm Credit Canada says its value increased an average of 12.4% in 2014.
Chief Ag Economist J.P. Gervais says, in northern Ontario, demand helped increase prices.
He says there has been a migration of buyers from the south into our region.
