Ontario’s new fishing regulations are getting a lukewarm reception from the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters.

Ferrant says they had asked the federal governent to delay the implementation of the new fishing regulations, because they wanted more time to consult with the Ministry of Natural Resources.
As a result, the new regs took a year longer than expected to gain approval from the Ministry of Fisheries and Oceans.
