More Twinning Talk

The Minister of Northern Development says the province wants to twin the Trans-Canada Highway in Northwestern Ontario.
Jim Wilson says double-laning between Vermilion Bay and Kenora is a top priority but is an expensive proposition.
The Feds have set aside money for such projects but Wilson says the hard part is getting them to release some of the funds.
The province already plans on spending $200,000 to try and make Highway 17 safer by improving signage and cracking down on aggressive drivers.
