Kenora-Rainy River MPP Sarah Campbell is back in the riding for the summer.
The spring sitting of the legislature closed last week following the passing of the budget.
Despite being away from Queen’s Park, Campbell is continuing her crusade against the planned sale of Hydro One.
The NDP member says for 100 years, premiers have been able fund infrastructure while recognizing Hydro as the “crown jewel” it is.
Campbell did have her private members bill to end private energy contracts pass second reading before the doors closed at the legislature.
She will be spending her break attending community events and speaking with constituents.
