MPP Pleased Province Is Acting On Lowering Rates

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Sarah Campbell says she’s pleased the government is taking some action to reduce auto insuranance rates.
Campbell says people should expect a reduction of $100 by next August, and then $200 once the whole 15% reduction is complete.
Campbell notes she’s happy the Liberals are sticking with their promise, but says it doesn’t make sense why they didn’t do the 15% cut right away.
The province has agreed to a 8% reduction next year with a committment to reach 15% in 2015.
