Murillo Man Arrested For Dangerous Driving

A Thunder Bay area man is in custody after a dangerous incident east
of Dryden.
OPP were contacted after someone left the Esso Station in Ignace
without paying for gas.
Officers noticed the suspect vehicle traveling westbound on Highway 17
at a speed of 167-kilometres an hour.
Dryden OPP say the driver turned off his lights in the dark and attempted to
evade police however he was tracked down a short time later.
26-year-old Gerald Gagnon of Murillo has been charged with theft
under $5,000, breach of probation, dangerous driving and
possession of break-in instruments.
