The McGuinty Government has awarded almost $315,000 to
Confederation College.
The money will be used to help low income women across the North
develop new skills and gain employment.
College Spokesperson Don Bernosky says the course will be offered in Kenora, Fort Frances and Thunder Bay.
Bernosky adds the program includes 22-weeks of in-class training and
an 8-week work placement.
