Fundraising efforts are underway at New Prospect School for the Grade 8 Toronto trip in June.
A spaghetti supper is being held at the Dryden Fairgrounds Friday at 5 o’clock.
Student Brent Pollard and Grade 8 teacher Caley Boyd were guests on the CKDR Morning Show to promote the event.
Pollard notes their trip will consist of a Jays game, a visit to the Hockey Hall of Fame and a ride on the ‘Maid of the Mist’.
There will be a penny auction and tickets are available at the door.
You can also pre-order for take-out if you can’t make the dinner.
Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and children.
The spaghetti dinner will include a Caesar salad and dessert.
