New Technology at Area Schools

Every Elementary and Secondary School in the Keewatin-Patricia School
District will be outfitted with a new sound system by September.
Board Spokesperson Barb Killberry says the system will be showcased this week during parent information nights
in Dryden, Red Lake, Ear Falls, Vermilion Bay, Sioux Lookout and Ignace.
Killberry says the technology is similar to a home surround sound
system, by carrying the teachers voice directly to each student.
