No Regrets For Local NDP Candidate

A political newcomer has no regrets following the provincial election in Kenora-Rainy River.

Glen Archer of the NDP finished second behind veteran Greg Rickford, stating he will take some time to relax but notes he will still be involved politically.

Archer says his party saw some positive gains and believes they will be an effective opposition.

He calls it a thrilling experience, noting he made a lot of friends and received plenty of input.

Archer says the NDP will hold the PC government to task, concentrating on affordable hydro and universal pharmacare and dental care.
