North Stars Turn Tables And Record Overtime Win

The Dryden GM Ice Dogs will leave Thunder Bay with three out of a possible four points.

The Ice Dogs squandered an early 2-0 lead and dropped a 3-2 overtime decision against the North Stars Saturday night.

Garrett Graham and Braedyn Aubin scored in the first for Dryden GM.

The North Stars would reply with one in the first and one in the second before Nicholas Nigro ended things 3:19 into extra time.

Thunder Bay outshot Dryden GM 45-37, with Patrick Zubick picking up the loss.

The Ice Dogs were handed plenty of opportunities to secure the win but went 0-10 on the powerplay.

Dryden GM still picks up a point and is now alone in second, four points back of the first place North Stars.
