Green Party Deputy Leader Bruce Hyer says he plans to vote against the Conservative’s Reform Act bill.
It’s scheduled to pass in the House of Commons during a third reading vote.
Hyer says the legislation is watered down.
He feels the bill has changed and no longer would restore the power of MP’s to vote freely.
