The Northwest Local Health Integration Network will be looking for a new Chief Executive Officer.
Current CEO Laura Kokocinski will be retiring at the end of next March.
Kokocinski has been with the LHIN since 2006, becoming its CEO in 2010.
The Board says it will start looking for her replacement immediately.
