Northwest Lodge Owner Buys BC Winery

A Sunset Country lodge owner has expanded his business ventures by buying a British Columbia winery.
Walter Huber, owner of Lone Pine Lodge east of Dryden, has announced the purchase of Hainle Vineyards in the Okanagan Valley community of Peachland.
Huber says the winery is well-known for its ice wine.
He adds he hopes to be able to license the product shortly so he can sell it in Northwestern Ontario.
