The Northern Ontario School of Medicine is mapping out its next five years with a new strategic plan.
Founding Dean Roger Strasser says they hope to build on the success of the school by strengthening education and research and focusing on innovation in both those categories .
Strasser says they plan to work closer with community partners throughout the north.
He stresses the school will be trying to improve on what’s worked over the last ten years.
