Novice Tournament A Success In Dryden

Plenty of excitement at the Dryden Memorial Arena on the weekend for the annual Novice hockey Tournament.
15-teams attended including three Dryden representatives.
The Nitros, Yellow Jackets and Darts were all bounced in the Semi-Final.
The ‘A’ side final didn’t disappoint as the Thunder Bay Ram Rangers beat Kenora On Deck Fries 5-4 in a shootout.
Sioux Black took home the ‘B’ side title with a 5-4 victory over the Kenora DST Penguins.
The Sioux Orange Blades defeated the Kenora Stingers 3-2 in the ‘C’ side championship.
