The Northwestern Health Unit is still looking for
someone to fill its audiologist position in Kenora.
Currently anyone who wants to access hearing tests needs
to travel to Fort Frances, Dryden or Thunder Bay.
Director of Family Services Karen Essery says they’ve
received a couple of interested applicants from India and
the Phillapines.

The position has been vacant since November of 2007.
Essery hopes they will have the position filled by this
Summer.
