Two Active Cases Of COVID-19 In The Region

Just two active cases of COVID-19 remain in the Northwestern health Unit catchment area.

Since Friday, there was one new case reported in the District of Rainy River region but it’s not included in the active case count as it’s already considered resolved.

There’s one active case each in the Dryden Red Lake region and the Sioux Lookout region.

Meanwhile there’s two new cases in the Thunder Bay District Health Unit putting their active count 18.

Ontario reported 552 new cases Monday with 340 in individuals who are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status.
