Ontario Provincial Parks Free For Day Use This Summer

Wanting to explore more of Ontario this summer? Outdoorsy folks will be happy to hear that all Ontario Provincial Parks will be free for day use from May 1st through to September 2nd! Excluding Friday’s and weekends between those dates – day use permits will be required.

Those of you who have already bought seasonal or annual passes, fret not! Annual and seasonal passes will be good for this season and the next!

As for camping reservations, better act fast! Ontario Parks have reported that there’s been an 100% increase in bookings – it’s getting competitive! Even worse, scalpers are hopping on board, buying as many spots as they can for re-sale. Aware of the issue, Ontario Parks headquarters will be looking into it.
