Ontario’s Ombudsman Swamped With Complaints About Cannabis Store

Ontario’s Ombudsman is being inundated about complaints about the Ontario Cannabis Store.

Over one thousand people have gone to the Ombudsman with their concerns over the delivery of marijuana products.

Finance Minister Vic Fedeli says the Cannabis Store has been swamped with orders.

“Ontario received more orders for cannabis on-line, a 100 thousand on the first day, that is more than every other other province combined.”

The Ombudsman says the most common complaints have involved delayed deliveries, poor communication with customers and billing problems.
