Open House At New OPP Detachment

Today marked the grand opening of the new Dryden OPP Detachment.
Commissioner Chris Lewis says that it’s a huge upgrade from the old facility on Government Street.
He says now the staff has a facility they can be proud of, and it will be for many years to come.
There’s more space inside the building with proper storage facilities, as well as a proper garage for officers to pull in with a cruiser.
Lewis says the Dryden Detachment is one of 18 new buildings as a part of one modernization project.
