Open House at Trus-Joist

Trus-Joist officials are expecting thousands to apply for the 190-jobs which will be available at their new timberstrand mill in Kenora.
The company is hosting a series of three open houses starting today.
Cathy Argue is the companys Human Resources Officer and says they want to familiarize applicants with Trus-Joist and the skills needed to work at the plant.
She hopes to complete the hiring process by June and then begin an extensive training program for the successful applicants during the summer.
The open houses are being held at Kenoras Lakeside Inn today and tomorrow from 5 to 9-PM and Saturday from 10-4.
