The Ontario Public Service Employees Union continues it’s opposition to having beer and wine sold in grocery stores.
In a submission to a legislative committee, the union believes the move is being rushed without proper study or consultation.
OPSEU is also worried about the social impacts of making alcohol more readily available to Ontarians.
