For the second time in a very young season, Thief River Falls forward Parker Simonson has been named SIJHL Player of the Week.
In two wins against the English River Miners, the 20-year-old racked up 3-goals and 2-assists, including a game winning marker.
Simonson currently leads the league in goals, points and game-winning goals.
Dryden GM Ice Dogs forward Bryce McDonald and Jared Janke of the English River Miners also received consideration.
