Pay Increase Approved

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board has approved salary
increases for its executive.
The Board’s Superintendent of Education and Director of Education
will be receiving an undisclosed boost in their salary.
Chief Financial Officer Dean Carrie says other board’s rates did not
play a role in calculating the hike.
The exact figure can’t be disclosed because the executive salaries
are protected under the province’s privacy legislation.
