Picket lines are up again at schools in the Keewatin-Patricia School District.
The strike by more than 200 education assistants, librarians and office workers is now two months old with no end in sight.
The last round of contract talks broke off just before Christmas.
Local union president Doris Mengelberg, a Kenora librarian, says members have enjoyed good support from people in the communities so far.
However, she thinks the union needs to educate the public more about the issues behind the labour dispute.
Mengelberg expects to see some movement this week although no new talks are planned.
