Police have identified the person responsible for an attempted robbery at the Bank of Montreal this week.
Dryden Police say 31-year-old John Wayne Horsman of Dieppe, New Brunswick faces two charges and he’s currently in custody in Kenora, awaiting a bail hearing.
Police say Horsman entered the BMO on Monday afternoon.
He was wearing a disguise and demanded money, but fled the bank without any cash or physical incident with staff.
Horsman was arrested later that night after having contact with Provincial Police in Kenora on unrelated matters.
